DEVCOM has completed their 4-day online Training of Trainers (ToT), which was held from 8^th to 11^th August, 2021. DEVCOM organized this ToT with the support of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation Bangladesh on the “Pre-Employment Orientation Manual (PEO)” for the SIMS project. The ToT was held from 9.30AM to 1.00PM, where around 50 participants were present. The participants were the district level staffs from RMMRU, OKUP, BNWLA, CCDA and Prottyashi, who will provide PEO at the field level to the aspirant migrant workers. The ToT will help the participants to increase their knowledge level and improve and sharpen the trainers existing quality to train at the field level. DEVCOM’s Managing Director Hassan Imam, Senior Coordinator Shamima Parvin and Program Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam have conducted this 4-day training sessions over online platform.
