DEVCOM has provided support to Helvetas for their SIMS project in developing a Pre-Decision Making Orientation (PDMO) manual which will benefit their target 100,000 beneficiaries of aspirant migrant workers in their respective field of work. DEVCOM has analyzed an existing guideline which was the basis for developing the PDMO manual. The PDMO manual was finalized after pre-testing, incorporating inputs and feedbacks from Helvetas officials, MNGOs and developed master trainers through the participation of MNGO nominated staffs via both online and face-to-face ToT. A consultation with the MNGOs and a Validation Workshop was also organized as parts of this assignment. DEVCOM has also submitted a project closing report as a part of their assignment.
