DEVCOM conducted a three-day training titled “Leadership Management and Facilitation Skills” for the senior staff nurses of 7 public hospitals in Bangladesh, intending to develop their capacity and build the confidence of the nurses of World Child Cancer Bangladesh’s partner hospitals, which was held at WINGS Learning Centre from 28th to 30th March 2022. A total of 19 participants from four public hospitals participated in this training. DEVCOM developed the training materials and required handouts for the participants, as well as facilitated the training in a participatory approach. Before this training, there was a needs assessment conducted by DEVCOM of the nurses to finalize the contents of the training.
