Habibur Rahman is an expert in the area of Gender Equality and Diversity and has in-depth knowledge of international development through studies in Gender Equality, Men and Masculinity, Fatherhood for Positive Parenting and Social Development. He has more than 20 years of experience as a development practitioner and his areas of expertise include Capacity Building, Project/Program Designing Management, Operations, and Monitoring & Evaluation. His work experience includes conducting social and gender assessments and analysis, formulating policies and strategies, M&E, project/program designing and implementation, and conducting evaluations. He has been involved with conceptualizing and contextualizing gender trainings with different groups and plays, as well as engaging with Social Justice Movements on issues of men and masculinities.
