Organizational Development & Capacity Building

Organizational Development is a continuous process of improving people, structures and procedures, aligning a strategy in order to increase the organization’s capacities and capabilities to achieve its collective goals. OD methods and interventions may vary depending on the type of organization but in principle, the process involves assessing existing practices and components, identifying areas of improvement, analyzing and prioritizing areas of focus to devise and tailor quality intervention strategies, and finally implementing a monitoring mechanism to ensure the development process sustains.

We provide support to our partners through a continuous OD process to ensure they can achieve their desired goals. Our process instills coherence between organizations’ structures and its people so that both entities can scale-up and grow through a collective approach.

Organizational Assessment and Strategic Planning: We conduct need-based assessments to identify competence, areas of improvement, possible risks and opportunities for organizations to assist them with planning for resource allocation and investment. We assist our partners with developing short and long-term strategic plans by revisiting organizational visions, missions, objectives and goals, alongside bringing forth a clear idea of where the organization intends to be in the foreseeable future.

Capacity building and Training: We assist organizations by providing need-based training sessions and workshops to develop strong, efficient and dedicated team members. Organizational Sustainability Planning: We develop sustainability plans for organizations in the areas of institutional, programmatic and financial aspects based on current development trends and reflecting on market status and structures, as well as by identifying potential future trends. Our diverse range of expertise in the development field can help organizations identify the routes available for them to expand and grow in order to reach newer horizons.
