World Child Cancer implemented a project with 7 pediatric oncology departments in Bangladesh to improve diagnosis, treatment, and support for children with cancer, and their families, in Bangladesh. As part of the project, they organized a series of training for professional nurses, and “Leadership Management and Facilitation Skills” was one of them, which was designed, conducted, and facilitated by DEVCOM. The key objective of this training was to enhance the understanding of the nurses about leadership, management, and improving facilitation skills in the workplace. DEVCOM, conducted a needs assessment before designing the training, to make it audience specific and effective.
