DEVCOM carried out a lesson learned study of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation Bangladesh for their project “Strengthened & Informative Migration System (SIMS)” which is funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). DEVCOM collected qualitative data from the project working areas to understand the factors behind the interventions being successful and those that were not as expected and showcase the success stories. They also conducted a lesson learned workshop to accumulate the insights of field level staffs on the implemented activities. Lead Consultant from DEVCOM presented the key note findings from the study in a national workshop. They prepared a detailed analysis report on the component wise learning of the project of all the districts.
