DEVCOM revised and redesigned the Pre-Decision-Making Orientation (PDMO) Manual for the second phase of the Strengthened & Informative Migration System (SIMS) project, streamlining it from a two-day to a one-day format. To ensure the manual aligned with the current context, DEVCOM conducted interviews with trainers and program personnel to assess field-level conditions related to PDMO. Based on these findings, they revised the outline and subsequently the manual, incorporating feedback from both parties throughout the process. DEVCOM also conducted a Training of Trainers (ToT) session for master trainers based on the revised PDMO module. Finally, they submitted the ToT Accomplishment Report, Task Completion Report, and the final PDMO manual to Helvetas.
